Diet Solution

To all those dieters and people trying to lose weight,

- First let me congratuate you in your decision to want to live a
Healthier Life!

Aright I not here to bullshit around with you so I'll get right down to it! I'm currently 19 and used to be overweight. My first couple of years of high school were hard. I weighed 215lbs, was completly unhealthy and out of shape. Not to mention having Crohn's disease!

Now why do most diets fail in achieving rapid weight lost?

1. Lack of funds for the diet.
2. Cheating on your diet
3. Not exercising
4. Lack of motivation

Personally I went on alot of the popular diets that I found on the Internet that Promised Rapid Weight Lost.
Such as atkins, no carbs, Slim Fast, Weight Watcher...etc

However I would lose only a few pounds and gain it back when I was done the diet.

  5. No Longer Controlled By Cravings
    "The exciting part of your strategy is that I have NO cravings, no desire to eat at night. I feel that I am eating healthier and I am not controlled by my cravings. This is a diet I can live with so I know I am making changes that will stick. I have lost about 11 pounds in 4 weeks so I am happy.

    One strategy that has changed dramatically for me is switching to organic milk. I used to drink 4 or 5 glasses of skim milk a day. Since switching to organic milk I don't have the craving I once had.

    I also do not crave sweets anymore. I don't use artificial sweetners and now can refuse desserts without feeling deprived. This is huge.

    I have incorporated other organic foods into my diet and feel good....much better than I did with my old eating habits.

    I have had the problem you speak about.
    Recently I have lost 10 lbs but gained it back it a week after my diet. It really is all about staying positive and making a change for the long run to really keep the weight off.
